Proposal Engineering for Detailed Design/ FEED Verification
- Review the FEED scope of work and technical documents and identify the gaps to raise Technical Clarifications to the CLIENT
- Review and suitably address the Technical clarification responses to account in bidding
- Review and update FEED deliverables to suit for cost estimation for bidding
- Raise RFQ (Request for Quotation) of key/ long lead engineering items for budgetary offer
- Review the vendor offer and align with vendor for technical acceptance
- Generate the MTO for estimation
- Issue FEED verification report and align with the CLIENT
- Support the proposal cost estimation with in-house cost bench marking/ database
